An open Lecture on Personal Development by Dr. Anila Bashllari was organized on May 23, 2017. The professor is a very successful expert in personal and professional development in Albania. This was an open lecture for the students of the Faculty of Education Sciences of Shkodra University, “Luigj Gurakuqi”.

The meeting was focused on the importance of personal and professional development in everyday life and the fact that only if we develop personally, we can have a more successful career, a happier family and a more qualitative life. This meeting was organized by Dr. Galsvinda Biba, a pedagogue at the Department of Psychology and Social Work of Shkodra University in order to support students in their personal success within the subject of Organizational Behavior.
