Activity dedicated to the famous writer Martin Camaj on the 90th anniversary of his birth.

In the framework of the 90th anniversary Martin Camaj´s birth, a scientific conference titled “Camaj- other type of literature" was organised on Thursday, 15 October 2015 at the conference room of the Scientific University Library.
This scientific event was organized by the Democratic Senate, Faculty of Social Sciences of Shkodra University "Luigj Gurakuqi" and the patriotic associations "Dukagjini".
The albanalogist Martin Camaj was commemorated on the 90th anniversary of his birth for the great work he offered in the field of literature, linguistics and other aspects of the Albanian studies.
The conference was presented by the President of the Democratic Senate, Mr. Lazer Stani.
Arben Prendi, Sadik Bejko, Prend Buxhala, Bardhyl Londo, Ledia Dushi, Xhavit Beqiri, Ndue Uka, and Primo Shllaku referred in this event.
During the conference, actors of "Migjeni" Theatre Merita Smaja and Arben Spahiu interpreted some fragments from poetries and prose written by Martin Camaj.
At the end of the conference there was inaugurated the monument dedicated to the outstanding scholar and writer Martin Camaj.
