The public consultation with the Group of Experts on Constitutional Changes

The public consultation on Constitutional Amendments was organized by the Group of Experts at Rectorate of Shkodra University “Luigj Gurakuqi” on Tuesday, July 14th. . The event was organized by the Parliament of the Republic of Albania.
Mrs. Romana Vlahutin, the European Union Ambassador, welcomed the activity. Mr. Bashkim Dedja, Constitutional Court President, and Mr. Xhezair Zaganjori, Chairman of the Supreme Court, as well as experts in this field had their speeches for this public consultation.
Professors and students of the University of Shkodra were part of this activity who addressed various questions to the working group regarding to the Constitutional amendments.
