The first PhD diploma in Albanian language was awarded to the PhD student Emin Krasniqi by the University of Shkodra. This ceremony was held at the conference hall of the Rectorate. Mr. Krasniqi is the first student who was awarded the PhD title in Albanian Language by the University of Shkodra. His PhD thesis was titled: "Ethnography of speech ME (speaker)>
