The documentary film "The memory of a country that forgot to forget" shown at University of Shkodra.

University of Shkodra "Luigj Gurakuqi" in cooperation with the Institute for Media and Cultural Democracy and Konrad Adenauer Stiftung showed the documentary film titled: "The memory of a country that forgot to forget" at the Scientific University Library.
At the presentation of this film, Mrs. Jonida Godole, a representative of the Institute for Democracy, Media and Culture said that the documentary was conducted by a group of journalism students at Tirana University and is a reflection of the dictatorial past.
The event took place under the project titled "Living memory in the arts and multimedia." In her intervention, Ms. Anja Schima the representative of Konrad Adenauer Stiftung, said that the projection of that film had a very special significance and it was a result of a successful cooperation.
Tea Çuni, the Head of the museum "Place of testimony and memory" in Shkodra, particularly thanked the students for the wide participation in that activity.
On behalf of the former politically persecuted people, Mr. Ndreke Palushani and Mr. Gjeto Vocaj brought to the participants their testimonies for the period of the dictatorship.
The documentary was conceived in the form of interviews with young people for the dictatorial elements of the past and was conducted by Erina Laska, Fjona Meça, Juna Çuçka, Preveza Devishllari, Rashela Shehu. The concept and direction was done by Jonila Godole and Holta Shupo.
After the film there were made many discussions about the documentary, as well as the topics of the past and the future.
